The Mountain Plains Mental Health Technology Transfer Center (MHTTC) is asking for less than ten minutes of your time to complete a short needs assessment. This needs assessment is intended to identify mental health training and technical assistance needs among individuals in Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming (HHS Region 8). The primary focus of the Mountain Plains MHTTC is to provide free training, resources, and technical assistance to individuals who serve persons with mental illness, especially those living in rural and remote areas.

The results of this survey will guide our educational, training, and technical assistance efforts at the Mountain Plains MHTTC. No individual participant names or identifiers will be recorded or shared; responses are anonymous. Your participation is important and appreciated as it will provide valuable information to better inform our training and available resources. All data will be securely stored and results will be presented in aggregate form making it impossible to identify responses.

Please also consider sharing this survey with colleagues in Region 8.

If you have questions about the survey, how the data will be used, or the purpose of this study, please contact Shawnda Schroeder at Shawnda.schroeder@UND.edu.
